Providence Mayor David N. Cicilline is hosting a brunch in Washington, D.C. Monday, the day before President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration, and he is inviting all Rhode Islanders who are attending the inauguration to join him. The brunch, which will be paid for by Cicilline's campaign committee, runs from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Tivoli room of the Park Hyatt Hotel, located at 24th and M streets. Those who plan to attend should RSVP via e-mail by Friday. The e-mail address is rsvp@cicilline.com.
