PROVIDENCE -- Governor Carcieri's presentation tonight of his plan to grapple with Rhode Island's $357 million current-year budget deficit can be seen and heard by the public as it happens. It's slated to air on Channels 6, 10 and 12 and, for radio listeners, on 630 WPRO-AM and 920 WHJJ. Channel 12's Web site, wpri.com, and Channel 10's Web site, turnto10.com, will also Webcast the address. The governor is due to speak at 7 p.m.
