obama_250.jpgDuring his first news conference since Election Day, President-elect Obama sought to clarify perhaps one of the more pressing issues on the minds of voters.

The dog.

Tuesday night during his victory speech at Grant Park in Chicago, Barack Obama told his daughters, Sasha and Malia, that they have "earned the new puppy that's coming with us to the White House."

The soon-to-be first family's dilemma, Obama said this afternoon, is this: Malia is allergic to dogs, so the family is considering several hypoallergenic breeds.

However at the same time they hope to adopt a shelter dog, which could be a challenge because many dogs found in shelters are mutts, the president-elect said.

"Like me."

The best dog to get is a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. I have asthma and chemical sensitivity. The only dog I can take is a Wheaten Terrier and there are rescue wheatens also.

The prez-elect should adopt because so many will copy him and so many pets can be saved.

There just didn’t seem to be any way to turn the obama train around. The media (forth estate) we used to rely on to protect us through an independent thorough and rigorousness of examination has become a slave of the pseudo socialist liberal left. He (obama)is the President Elect and I accept the well intended but I fear misguided will of the people and I will always respect the office. I am very concerned about the future of this country! Applying critical thinking; I still believe he (Obama) will have to (among other things) deal with corruption charges in Illinois and that (if validated) it will weaken his Presidency to the point where he will be able to do the least amount of additional harm to our country.

We survived a well intended but not equipped honest Jimmy Carter. I pray we will survive this very questionable obama thing too.

God Bless America and keep it free from both internal & external adversaries.
