Cranston resident Bill York has been camping out mornings between 7 and 9 in front of his One Rhodes Place polling place, not for a particular candidate, but to encourage voters to cast their ballots tomorrow. "This election will pave the road for a whole new generation of Americans. If we hope to have them vote in the future, we need to give them a voice today," maintains York, an educator and high school teacher on sabbatical.
