PROVIDENCE -- The state Senate Judiciary Committee plans to meet tomorrow to consider confirmation of judges, a fire marshal and new Rhode Island Resource Recovery board members.

The committee will meet at 1 p.m. in Room 313 of the State House

The full Senate is scheduled to reconvene on Wednesday at 4 p.m. to consider confirming the nominees.

The regular General Assembly session recessed in June.
