Before a campaign rally at University of Rhode Island campus in Providence today, U.S. Sen. Edward Kennedy speaks in favor of Democratic presidential contender Sen. Barack Obama. His son, Rep. Patrick Kennedy of Rhode Island, is at center, and fellow Obama supporter, Attorney General Patrick Lynch, is at right. The Kennedys were among those swinging through the Ocean State on behalf of their candidates today. This afternoon, Chelsea Clinton is appearing at Roger Williams University in Bristol on behalf of her mother, Sen. Hillary Clinton, who is locked in a tough primary battle with Obama.
