As Hillary Clinton pulls ahead of Barack Obama in the count for Democratic presidential convention delegates, it's worth noting that today has another special significance for her. It's the 8th anniversary of the former First Lady's official announcement that she would be running for U.S. Senate in New York. Also of political significance: It's the date that the late GOP President Ronald Reagan was born, and that Britain's King George VI died. Not so much into politics? It's also the date the late reggae superstar Bob Marley was born. And for you baseball fans, it's the birthday of the Babe -- Babe Ruth, that is.
