We're from the government and we're here to help you.
What exactly does "inclusionary systems of governance" mean? That these countries ought to include other countries, like US, who can "help them" to achieve "democracy", like we helped Afghanistan and Iraq?
The new slavery is not like the old one that topped off the coffers of the Brown and DeWolfe families. We don't actually have to raid countries a continent away and abscond with their people. Economic servitude in their own backyards will suffice.
How many Latinos are likely to be present at the conference (other than the invitees), and how many "stakeholders"?
