… But some of its info’s gotten a bit cold

On that note, here’s another argument for going online to view the guidebook: It’s already out of date.

The government manual lists state Sen. Juan M. Pichardo, D-Providence, and his wife, Janet, as having two children, Cristian and Tiffanie.

But on May 10, the Pichardos became parents to a third child, a son they named Emilio.
