With the recently inaugurated general officers still putting the finishing touches on their staff rosters, Secretary of State A. Ralph Mollis’ office announced one new appointment this week. The secretary of state’s chief financial officer will be Paul Dombrowski.

Dombrowski, 39, of Providence, has previously held financial positions in the state treasurer’s office and the staff of the state House of Representatives. His new job carries an annual salary of $64,892.
