The Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council has named a new director of policy: Susanne Greschner, previously RIPEC’s director of research. Technically, Greschner’s new title will be director of policy and research. Greschner holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Applied Science in Stuttgart, Germany, and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Rhode Island. She lives in Warwick with her husband, Uli Greschner. At RIPEC, a business-backed organization that studies public fiscal matters, Greschner succeeds Peter Marino, who left to become director of research for the communications firm RDW group. -- Journal staff writers Elizabeth Gudrais and Edward Fitzpatrick |
